Any professional remediation project must always be preceded by planning carried out by a qualified planner. The planner prepares a work and safety plan (A+S Plan) in accordance with DGUV Rule 101-004. This A+S Plan must always be prepared whenever work is to be carried out in contaminated areas. The work and safety plan primarily addresses the handling of and hazards posed by existing or suspected hazardous substances and defines the scope of protective measures.
As certified remediation planners, we develop remediation concepts and corresponding specifications for bidding. We monitor the implementation of remediation measures on behalf of the building owner in all necessary areas:
- Compliance with specified protective measures
- Professional execution of remediation services
- Sampling at new discovery sites
- Adjustment of specifications if the remediation must be modified
- Updating the A+S plan to document the remediation measures
- Indoor air quality measurements to verify the success of remediation efforts
- Review of measurements and invoices
Our knowledgeable staff also assist the building owner with the disposal of hazardous substances and hazardous waste. Examples include sampling of stockpiles in accordance with LAGA PN98 and declaration by our qualified samplers.
