Safety-related control and coordination of building activities

The in-depth construction planning and execution support provided by our experts help building owners to avoid interruptions in the workflow, standstill periods or accidents so that possible follow-up costs are kept to an absolute minimum.

To ensure compliance with the Ordinance on Safety and Health Protection on Construction Sites, a safety and health coordinator (SiGeKo) must be appointed by the owner for building sites employing personnel from several contractors. This safety and health coordinator must be familiar with all occupational safety and health aspects involved and capable of implementing the required legal specifications on site. A specifically skilled coordinator must also be appointed for contaminated sites (pollution cleanup) in compliance with BGR 128.
